Challenging behaviour in children – Lancashire wide survey of experiences
Challenging behaviour in children can be very distressing, leading to family stress and anxiety and in some cases family breakdown.  Around thirty percent of children with challenging behaviour are diagnosed with Autism or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The NHS in Lancashire is working to provide a new Challenging Behaviour Service that will help children, their families and/or carers.  The new service will be available from April 2018.

In order for us to have the best service possible, we are currently looking for feedback across Lancashire from families and carers about their child’s challenging behaviour. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey to help us shape this service.

The information that you provide is completely confidential and anonymous
